BARRE

 

Jenny brought Barre training to Sydney upper north Shore in 2011.  Barre is a fast paced, full body immersion that fuses dance, pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to create a chiseled body.

Taught as a multi level class, geared towards any age and fitness level. The workout can be modified for those with injury, prenatal clients and beginners, it can also be intensified for advanced clients and those wanting an intense workout.

 

BLAST/ GRAVITY/ TRX

 

Blast is our signature class incorporating a high intensity workout using the best of TRX, Gravity and strentgh training for an all over body workout.

TRX was developed by the Navy Seals, using body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

Gravity is a body weight training system that improves core strength and functional stability. It is achieved by replicating movements traditionally floor and reformer based. Gravity will improve energy flow, flexibility and all over muscle strength.

 

 

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a full body training building strength, postural, flexibility, balance and endurance training. Training is modified and designed at each step to target one specific area, or as a whole body muscular exercise experience.
