EnCore fitness centre was established in 2011 by Jenny Edelman, with the belief that exercise should be enjoyable and about balance, not extreme.
Jen built enCore fitness to offer different intensity sessions targeting ladies who want the super toned athletic or dancers look, to new mums trying to find the time to train with young babies in hand, or those with a budding career when a high intensity 30 minute workout is all they can spare.

Jen has always loved high intensity training, however with the challenges of being a mum of 4 beautiful children, a wife and business owner, being healthy and living a balanced life has taken on a new meaning.
Jen has a certificate 4 in Pilates using the Michael King program with Pilates as her base she has expanded her instructor training into Barre, TRX and reformer pilates.
